Unlike other books, Intelligent Courage interviews eight remarkable natural resource professionals and reveals how they rose to the challenges of managing natural resources.  Emphasizing the career lessons they were not taught in college, the narrators focus on career experiences that other professionals should think about as they embark on their careers or as they strive to improve personal effectiveness in their current jobs.
