When to Use a Neutral Third Party,
Like The Cooperation Company
Some situations involve issues, emotions, personalities, past histories, relationships, etc. that make it
difficult for you to resolve on your own. When should the help of a neutral third party be sought? Well, here are
some thoughts,
When impartiality is not perceived to exist,
When lack of trust dominates,
When confidentiality concerns impede honest interactions,
When prior relationships are
perceived as giving advantage or have not gone well, |

When disputant’s (or your) skills are
insufficient, |
When incompatible needs seem to
exist, |
When a party insists on unrealistic
demands from the other
party, |
When moving beyond re-fighting past
battles does not
happen, |
When cultural differences are keeping
the parties apart, |
When concerns about justice has
immobilized parties, who are otherwise willing. |
