Author of the book: A Career "How To" Guide

About Mike

Michael Fraidenburg is a certified mediator and author who lives about seven miles from where he was born in Olympia, Washington.

He has taught natural resource professionals collaboration skills for 25+ years and navigated his own natural resource career for twice as long. His current focus is conflict resolution and collaboration building when there is scientific and technical complexity.

One of the businesses that Michael owns is aimed at helping people fix awful online meetings. He has now written four books including his Amazon bestseller, Mastering Online Meetings—52 Tips to Engage Your Audience and Get the Best Out of Your Virtual Meetings.

In his free time, Michael does amateur magic to support his training presentations, enjoys sport fishing, and keeps a large vegetable garden with his wife of 49 years. He describes himself as an impatient reader. He prefers authors that get to the point fast and deliver concrete ‘How to…’ solutions to real-world problems. Michael plans to keep writing and teaching about cooperation issues on natural resource issues.

A Person’s Most Important Achievement Is Their Next One.
